My Visit
It was a pleasure to visit KD Grammar to celebrate World Book Day. I was invited by the Headmaster Mr Charlie Milne, who I had the pleasure of meeting at a community Christmas part in Manchester.
Celebrating Books
I loved interacting with KD Grammar boys. They were very enthusiastic, inquisitive, comma well read and asked lots of questions and listened very carefully to my reading from my novel ‘Revolt’. I was really pleased that they are reading books, love books and that they pledged that they will continue to read in their adult life. They loved holding copies of my book for the group photo graphs. I repeated my session with three groups. They also had a good time guessing the languages of my novel. They guessed correctly Mandarin and Urdu.

Tour of the school
I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the school premises including of the beautiful mosque. I was kindly shown taken around by the headmaster, Mr Milne and the school librarian Ms Iflah.
