On a hot afternoon, it was lovely to return to this university ―  my third trip, over the years, to the English department.
After dashing from the Foundation university, where I had delivered an earlier session, I was met with a wonderful warm welcome by staff and students. It is always a great pleasure to visit the gorgeous colonial-style building, especially the old library, and to meet with Zahra, Dr. Sarwet, and the delightful staff.
The response, as always, was positive and welcoming. I loved the proactive interaction with both staff and students and, in particular, was impressed by the warm camaraderie between staff members who not only work together, but travel and socialise together.

Of course I had to stop to take a photo of  Fatima Jinnah, the sister of Quaid Azam Muhammed Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan.
