Friday, February 22, 2013 – Rawalpindi—The English Department of Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) organized an interactive session with Ms. Qaisra Shahraz, an eminent British Pakistani novelist and script writer.
The session was presided over by Ms Maria B Shahid. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Samina Amin Qadir, Dr Naheed Zia Khan, Dean Faculty of Law, Commerce and Management and Administrative Sciences, and heads of departments attended the event. Ms. Maria B. Shahid welcomed the esteemed guest. In her welcome address, she shared her experience of reading The Holy Women in its manuscript form and gave a brief introduction of the worthy guest.
